My name is Betty Ray-Mydland. I was born and raised in San Jose, California and moved to the mid west in 1984.
I have been happily married to a retired US Marine Gunny Sgt for 17 years
I have 5 grown children, 11 grandchildren ( 3 boys and 8 girls) and 6 great-grandchildren ( 3 boys and 3 girls).
I received a Master Degree in Theology in 1974, an AA in 1991 in Database Management, an AA in Forensic Science in 2007, and a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice in 2009.
I retired from the Indiana Dept of Child Services in 2011 (via Weststaff) and currently do freelance legal research and report writing for various criminal attorneys. I am also the Indiana State Representative for the organization, Fully Informed Jury Association http://fija.org/state-contacts/
Besides my family I have three (3) loves, my cat 7-Toes, Horses and Shih Tzu’s.
